Thank you for watching! It’s a great area - have been a few times. Will likely be going back sometime this year. We do have a few other travel videos out on the area as well - lots to do! Happy camping!
Thanks for the tour. I live about an hour away and never really knew it was there. I own a 19FBS also. I was at the Thousand Trails up the street from there on Thanksgiving Weekend. I love the Williamsburg area.
Thank you for watching! We did not see the Thousand Trails but had taken a tour of the KOA the last time we were there. Did you like the TT campground? It is good to have options! We do love the area and we really like being so close to everything. How do you like your 19FBS?
@@WinesPinesandCanines The TT campground was on the smaller side of most of their campgrounds. The roads were narrow and somewhat windy and the sites were unlevel. Other than that, the site I had was great. They will be renovating this winter. I've noticed a lot of their campgrounds are starting to cater to people who want permanent sites. So when you go to make a reservation, half the sites are already taken. I am very happy with my 19FBS, and am amazed at all its hi-tech gadgets. Its just me and my dog now so its the perfect size. I had owned a 30' travel trailer and a pop-up many years ago. This time I just wanted something easy to tow and set up. Thank you for all your videos, they are what steered me to the GeoPros.
We have only stayed at two TT - both in the NE. One in Pa was nice but the other in Mass was definitely not! Very unlevel and could barely open your door and step out without hitting a camper next to you lol. We may take a ride through the one there in Va the next time we come. Glad the FBS has been working out for you and glad we could help! Safe travels!
We love the convenient the park is to Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding area. Plus they have a shuttle so you don't even have to drive if you don't want to. Let us know how you liked the train - the first time it went through it was a little startling but we quickly got used to it and found it entertaining haha! We have stayed twice now and the owners are super nice.
As you can see I'm new to the channel and catching up on the videos. How did the furnace handle the cold, and did you need to use the tank heaters? Thanks.
We truly appreciate the views! So our camper was before the tank heaters became standard. They were an option but we didn’t get them - kind of wish we did but have been fine without so far. We have camped in weather that was mid to upper 20’s overnight with no problems. The furnace does keep everything warm but, at night it does kick on and off a lot so we will usually keep it to around 45 and pile on some blankets. If the temperature is around freezing - it will usually on cut on once or twice during the night. But during the evening it heats up the camper nicely. We see quite a few people on Facebook that camp in these even in snowy weather and we hear the comment “camper was nice and warm” mentioned a lot! One thing about the FBS that I wish was different - no heating vent in the bathroom. There is one under the kitchen sink that faces toward the fridge so close, but would be nice to have one directly in the bath (assuming just too small to put it in there). We will usually put a small fan on the floor to push the heat into the bath to warm it up. Thanks again for watching!
We are planning a visit to this area. Thanks for the tour.

Very nice looking place. Love the little walls and swings at the sites.
It makes it very private in the evenings! Safe travels!
Awesome!!! Thank you so very much…👠🚌👠
Thank you!
