There's a ton of these videos out there of rotating telehandlers falling over or on their side....Not one of those with the outriggers deployed....They're on the machines for a reason.
A fantastic example as to why only qualified and train personnel should only operate heavy equipment. As soon as he started turning the boom I knew where this was headed. Maybe someone should have showed Yuri where the outrigger button was before he started. Put the bucket on the ground, push the boom out, deploy the outriggers when it's on all four wheels then quit so they can hire an operator.
Well, i agree that the operator was stressed as showned in this video, he had did something wrong to tipp over. but you dont know anything about this machine "david427steel", obviously never driven a roto telehandler from Manitou. when in overload, the Italians who build this machine decided to have ha safekey that only work 5 seconds at a time, then you have to turn off the machine to try it again. this video wouild have solved itselft if he putt his outriggers out, then lowerd the boom to the grund. 5 by 5 seconds while turning of his machine, turn it back on and so fort untill hed get the machine down. these machines safetymode is to take in the boom and rise the boom, that is the logical way to "drag in the wheigt" to the machine as ingeneers like it, wich dont work om everyday use sorry to say, computersystems in this machines is often in the way sorry to say. A little feck off is that you dont comment like you did "David427steel" if you dont know what you are talking about, dont comment at all, you sir are a troll. @@Exxella Outriggers are the supports, not the boom. I doubt deploying the outriggers while tilted at 60° is possible and I wouldnt recommend it in this situation. Extending the boom, keeping the shovel full, and then gently lowering it is what I would do. And I do not agree that @david427steel is a troll, I see nothing wrong about what he wrote (maybe could have been slightly more polite/understanding). P.S. I also was worried about the engine's health, running for so long at such an angle. Better to turn it off immediately and get help. A damaged ego is cheaper than a totalled machine.

@@user-iw7jf1kp9c если бы гидравлика не работала он не смог бы выставить аутригеры и поворачивать башню. Олень сидел за рулем. Сам работаю на маниту и не раз был в подобных ситуациях. Стрелу вниз и на собирание. Поворот тут нужно было делать в другую сторону при опущеной стреле
I've never driven a 360.. but wouldn't you want your stabilizers down in the direction you're lifting the load? I see the "front" stabilizers are down.. but that isn't doing much good when turned to the left.. i'm assuming there are back stabilizers that would of prevented this if used with the fronts?
These crane crashes are only in the 3rd world ,what trained operator swings his pin point with the boom extended and dosent take the 30 seconds to put the machines outriggers down ? ,here we have a $million dollar machine flipped because the unskilled " operator " ,better yet the driver couldn't be bothered to read the fucking manual ,you will never see accidents like this in the USA on a union job site ,never !

First of all...the boom alone weighs enough to topple over a crane like this...with no outriggers. I'm a certified hydraulic crane operator and I was taught the operator MUST deploy the outriggers for every single pick. Also...you don't have any of the tires touching the road. The entire vehicle is designed to be level and free of the road with the tires.

С 20-ти летней рамы выжали максимум возможного, потому 2150 нормально работать может только на аутригерах, а на колесах ничего сделать не может, что на видео и показано.

i see from comments that someone is sais the gui should put the arm down and push so he can come to 4 weel down position. This is not possible to to the swing in weight , the weigt is almost in vertical position , a disbalance will trow back the manitou like a sling on the oposit position. The only way this should be manage is secure the arm, fix it in a secure position and then lower on normal 4 weel position. this abnormal position was posible due to showel keep sustaining the weight of the manitou, but after the whole weight was put in up right position the shovel is usless due to the critical position of the whole weight sistem. Предположу что прораб поставил задачу работы в плотную к забору, без возможности установки опор. Хер с ним.. С пустым ковшом и повёрнутой башней он бы не упал на бок... Безопасность в этих машинах сделана максимально что бы уберечь технику.. Но за частую это игнорируется. Результат на видео)

Wystarczyło powoli wysunąć wysięg aż do uzyskania równowagi, delikatnie cofnąć a potem głowę położyć. Postawił by spokojnie na podwoziu a potem by się poskładał. Do operowania taką maszyną trzeba mieć trochę wyobraźni przestrzennej i najlepiej trzycyfrowe IQ. Tu zabrakło któregoś czynnika albo po prostu doświadczenia. Szkoda operatora bo pewnie miał nieprzyjemności.
Ma założoną łyżkę więc pewnie chciał na ten nasyp coś rozprowadzić. Taka praca z podpór to składanie i rozkładanie w zasadzie co szerokość tej łyżki bo musisz stać na wprost do nasypu. Pewnie wyłączył blokadę, spróbował z kół, podniósł wysięg tak by przejść nad elementem ogrodzenia i go w którymś momencie przeważyło. Sam osobiście takich akcji nie miałem ale myślę że postawił bym go spokojnie na kołach. Jeśli natomiast ktoś miał by podobną akcję to warto pamiętać że przy koszcie naprawy tego urządzenia, zamówienie dźwigu który postawił by je bezpiecznie na kołach to pomijalne pieniądze.

Z ta firmą się nie spotkałem. Praca bezpieczna jest wtedy kiedy znasz możliwości urządzenia. Jeśli maszyna jest sprawna i systemy zabezpieczające nie ominięte to naprawdę ciężko tam coś głupiego odwalić. Jeśli natomiast omijasz zabezpieczenie to wtedy już naprawdę trzeba wiedzieć gdzie można przegiąć pałę i na ile by nic złego się nie stało. Nie polecam stosowania tego poza sytuacjami awaryjnymi kiedy to po prostu trzeba wykorzystać te 110% możliwości urządzenia. Co Ci mogę polecić jako początkującemu? Po pierwsze to jakiś tablet z dostępem do sieci na kilkadziesiąt gigabajtów z ładowarka samochodową. Większość czasu spędzisz na wyłączonym silniku albo czekając na sytuacje że będziesz potrzebny. Przerobiłem całkiem sporo seriali w tej pracy:) Jeśli trafisz na budowę to zazwyczaj będą tam dwie półgodzinne przerwy i wtedy mały czajnik elektryczny, kubek i kawa albo herbata to coś co uprzyjemni ci czas spędzony na nie robieniu niczego. Kolejna ważna rzecz to porządne rękawiczki. Wybij sobie z głowy prace bez tego. Najlepsze co miałem to skórzane gekony RLCSWLUX - taki mają symbol i znajdziesz na Google. Może nie są najtańsze ale każdego dnia będziesz się szarpał z mokrymi i zardzewiałymi zawiesiami, złączkami hydraulicznymi gdzie zawsze trochę oleju wycieknie itd. Wyrób sobie nawyk wkładania kasku jak tylko opuszczasz operatorkę. Nie raz obok mnie spadał z rusztowania motek albo brecha. Zwracaj szczególna uwagę na grunt na którym się rozkładasz. To że masz podpory mało znaczy jak ci się zacznie jedna zapadać a w koszu masz pięć osób na dwudziestu metrach.
The person that is operating this mershen is not you fit to do so and really not Qualified to do the job as you can see He Should of brought is boom back in as close as he could to the wall, and then pushed the front and back legs down slowly and at the same time brought is boom back in as well trying to Counterbalance the Weight So not to drop the machine down with a big bang and totally Recking the mershen.

Yeah about the "qualification" part, over here its a one day course, with about 4 hours of actually driving it, of which is one hour exam.

Those outriggers extend about 10' out the side to stabilize it for side lifts.
They're trying to use them to tilt it back up.

I agree. Extend boom at the same time as lowering. that would place machine on its 4 wheels. Why was the stabiliser not extended to start with?

При срабатывании системы безопасности погрузчик позволит только втянуть стрелу и вывернуть ковш-вилы-платформу.. Что бы сбросить опасный груз.

Z ta firmą się nie spotkałem. Praca bezpieczna jest wtedy kiedy znasz możliwości urządzenia. Jeśli maszyna jest sprawna i systemy zabezpieczające nie ominięte to naprawdę ciężko tam coś głupiego odwalić. Jeśli natomiast omijasz zabezpieczenie to wtedy już naprawdę trzeba wiedzieć gdzie można przegiąć pałę i na ile by nic złego się nie stało. Nie polecam stosowania tego poza sytuacjami awaryjnymi kiedy to po prostu trzeba wykorzystać te 110% możliwości urządzenia. Co Ci mogę polecić jako początkującemu? Po pierwsze to jakiś tablet z dostępem do sieci na kilkadziesiąt gigabajtów z ładowarka samochodową. Większość czasu spędzisz na wyłączonym silniku albo czekając na sytuacje że będziesz potrzebny. Przerobiłem całkiem sporo seriali w tej pracy:) Jeśli trafisz na budowę to zazwyczaj będą tam dwie półgodzinne przerwy i wtedy mały czajnik elektryczny, kubek i kawa albo herbata to coś co uprzyjemni ci czas spędzony na nie robieniu niczego. Kolejna ważna rzecz to porządne rękawiczki. Wybij sobie z głowy prace bez tego. Najlepsze co miałem to skórzane gekony RLCSWLUX - taki mają symbol i znajdziesz na Google. Może nie są najtańsze ale każdego dnia będziesz się szarpał z mokrymi i zardzewiałymi zawiesiami, złączkami hydraulicznymi gdzie zawsze trochę oleju wycieknie itd. Wyrób sobie nawyk wkładania kasku jak tylko opuszczasz operatorkę. Nie raz obok mnie spadał z rusztowania motek albo brecha. Zwracaj szczególna uwagę na grunt na którym się rozkładasz. To że masz podpory mało znaczy jak ci się zacznie jedna zapadać a w koszu masz pięć osób na dwudziestu metrach.

He Should of brought is boom back in as close as he could to the wall, and then pushed the front and back legs down slowly and at the same time brought is boom back in as well trying to Counterbalance the Weight So not to drop the machine down with a big bang and totally Recking the mershen.

Товарищи "специалисты" Если вы технически не грамотны, не надо показывать свою глупость. Когда машина наклонилась, масло перестало поступать из гидробака, из за этого невозможно что-то сделать со стрелой. Можно только поворачиваться, так как поворачивается он механически
