Hey buddy i have an idea 💡i love startup and as per your session my first priority is keeping employees in my startup for lifelong and being friendly with them and make them happy and most employees feel suffocated in working environment due to lack of training and awareness of employee rights and in my startups i want to set up an commission consist of MEMBERS ATTORNEY,LAWYERS to protect employees from discrimination and without any reason no employees should be fired and especially as per my startup a commission consist of (LAWYER, ATTORNEY GENERAL, OFFICERS FROM HUMAN RIGHT COMMISSION PSYCATRIST) to conduct an indepth integrated investigation and in my company the committee will examine all the cases to find whether the problem is fake/real and from that commission committee will decide whether to remove employees or not and this is my procedure to protect my employees during my dream of startup is it a good idea
