In your Builder Town, Go to the second stage area (in the cave) and find a building that is called Bob control. All you have to do is click on the building and there should be a upgrade button. Since It appears that you already finished all of the Builder Requirements, you can get a 6th builder for your home village for free. Hope this helps! getting the 6th builder will speed up your progress a lot.
