I'm 100% sure they wouldn't remember me, but I met Carbon Leaf as they were walking out of the AMAs in 2002 (my mom was an innovator and used their parting of the crowds to get out of the building faster, so we ended up right behind them). I was 11 years old, had never been to a concert, and was star struck even though I had NEVER heard of this band before. I had grown up on country music. Anyway, I told the lead singer I liked his big jump during the performance (he jumped and did the splits during the song) and he and the rest of the band signed my notebook and told me my guitar necklace and 2002 crimped hair was cool lol. It was a very cool experience.

Btw this band isn't actually country... They are from a major city, they are actually folk rock with a tinge of Celtic thrown in.
Great song. Love it
I’m seeing them tomorrow night at the National in Richmond, Virginia. I went to their Christmas show last year at the National and it was outstanding!
Love, love, love! See you soon in Annapolis!
love it!
Virginia rocks
