Hi PKMSL, the contractual documents required under Option B will be almost the same as any other NEC option. The only difference is that the work will be procured using an agreed Bill of Quantities. What you won’t be using under Option B is the following: - Activity Schedule (Option A & C) - Target Cost with PainGain Mechanism (Option C & D) - Defined Cost Quotations/ Applications (Option C,D & E)

Hi PKMSL, Option B is lump sum re-measurable contract which utilises a Bills of Quantities.
