both of which are important for healthy digestion.I have digestion problems and watermelons always

Just to let you know...working for the airlines, I TOTALLY encourage children getting out all their energy out before getting on the plane! YES, let them run around, as mommy or daddy follow them around! ITS A MUST!! Also, no we dont need ALL family with you at the counter for check in with bags, as kids dont like the waiting around as you try and check yourself in. As long as we can see you and your ID you're good!!!
at the nursing home i worked at we would give the elders pear juice if they hadn't pooped in a while. works like a charm.

That's what we give our son. Doesn't always work though if he's really backed up. Then we turn to prune juice. If that doesn't work we give him miralax.
Marina Grace someone I know had a daughter who was on that. She's was super naughty and difficult so they looked it up and there's tonnes of reports of it causing bad behaviour and anger apparently
sara H - Have you tried changing your kids diet? Constipation has pretty much everything to do with what a person eats. If you focus on more ripe fruit, veggies and water that should help!

I'm a caregiver and what we would give our patients is prune juice and if it doesn't help then add melted butter to it. That should work very well.

We have a problem with turkey where I live. They will not move if cars are coming so everyone has to stop to wait for them to cross the road and they make sure to take their time while doing so😂
try prune juice. its taste pretty bad in my opinion but it is supposed to be a natural laxative and constipation relief so hopefully this help 😊

Carlos try adding nopalina flax seed w fiber powder & chia seeds to your morning shake. Try eating fish, black beans, broccoli, milk, yogurt,prune or natural prune juice. Drinks a lot of water as well. Hope that helps! 😁

I'm no doctor but I had experience with constapation for a long time. What helped me was eating more whole plant foods rich in fiber and drinking lots of water. So rice, potatoes, oats, vegetables, fruits etc will clear you right out. And lay back on the animal products such as meat, dairy and eggs. Animal products naturally contain no fiber so they are very difficult for your body to digest. Hope this helps! It sure helped me. I went from only pooping twice a week on the standard American diet (SAD diet) to now pooping 1-2 times a day on a Whole Foods vegan diet. And pooping is incredible on this diet. You don't have to push at all, it doesn't take 20 minutes to poop, no pain or effort. Sorry if this was TMI lol.

Boil 16 ounces of water and then add 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 3-4 dashes of ground turmeric, 3-4 dashes of ground ginger, 2 dashes of cinnamon, 3 dashes of cayenne, and that should get things moving. It doesn't taste good but it works! If it doesn't, I'd do an enema. Hope this helps!
