It depends what your going to do on it for example I would get ipad 10th gen since I'll only be doing editing and drawing with 256GB Cuz I would leave lots of stuff in my camera roll But you could get 64GB if you won't do as much stuff. Ipad Air supports more storage upgrades to 1TB I think (I don't really know) and it supports the second apple pencil ✏ and it runs smoother on games. honestly i would choose Ipad 10th Gen But if You Like playing high end games then go with ipad air with how much storage

Manage storage wisely like saving photos on in cloud instead of physically and manage games and downloads as it can build up a lot very quickly.
i prefer neutral colors so that i could interchange the color of the ipad cases depending on my mood. We have our own preferences, and i know your choice, no matter what would it be, will suit you😊
