I am from Porbander and khajali is best that you can find anywhere!!!!I am living in UK.so missing khajali so much!!! Thanks for sharing and mentioning Porbander ' s speciality!!! Masala you add in last is not authentic but peppers and cumin add in flour.

Very unhealthy food....White Flour, Vanaspati Ghee and then fried in Oil.....Can our gujjubhai make it more healthy with the times like using whole wheat flour......use pure ghee than Vanaspati and bake rather than deep fry !!!!
