Very short video, but to the point. What I see are a lot of people with the same problems (paper or ribbon problems) with their RX1 and no one is doing help video's for them. This could be something to get new customers or keep the ones that brought the machine from you?

@@PhotomartTV having a problem with loading new ribbon and paper but the ribbon light is still on any ideas of what to do?

I've never seen a cleaning cycle performed on our DNP printers. We go through hundreds of rolls per Santa and Easter season. Odd that this doesn't have the loading tray for the ribbons allowing you to remove it from the machine without wrinkling the ribbons like you did in the first video.

My DNP when I start beeps on the ribbon fast then it stops I try to print and makes everything as normal but print out a blank page white. What can it be broken print head? Or soemthing I am doing wrong?

I have a DNP RXS1 and I sometimes run into paper jams and ribbon tear. However I cut the paper, roll the ribbon it will still jam. I wasted 2 rolls back to back and sometimes i feel as if the media is bad or something.

Hello when I print a picture the top part print and the bottom part print but not the middle part of the picture on every print why is this and what can I do to fix it?
