An idea for your next challenge!
You should try to make a team of NHL alumni's that have become headcoaches or assistant coaches in NHL after their playing careers for example Gretzky with Coyotes or Roy with the Avalanche!
I don't know if it's possible, but you could try!

If you ever do another height based draft , you could do lines with a small guy (under 5ft11) , one average guy (5ft11 to 6ft1 , and one taller player 6ft2.
Defense pairings one smaller and one bigger... that could be cool
