I have the same combo and it's very fast for the price. I bought R7 5700x3d specifically to run competetive games with high fps and RX 5700XT is keeping up pretty well
5700xt cards can be found for 100 dollars U.S. It is about as good as one can do for a pretty cheap 1080p GPU that can still play most anything. I'd buy one over those new intel 1080p GPUs for 250 dollars.
