Sir I had RTHR on September 2019 using large head cobalt chrome femoral head with HMWPE LINER, sir I want to know how long this implant last and can I squat or not sir I am thankful to you if you share your valuable advice.
this is a good implant.
Considering that the implant is put in perfect position,and is of good company it can last many years.
You should not squat if the surgery is not done by MIS direct anterior approach.

Thank you sir for this video. My brother is recently diagnosed with bilateral AVN stage 2A due to post covid steroid use. His femoral head shape is intact and there is no positive crescent sign in the MRI, the size of leisons in his femoral head is moderate. The local doctors have suggested to go for core decompression since his age is 29. My question to you is, how soon should we go for this and what would be the percentage of success of this procedure. मरीज का एक्सीडेंट हो जाता है तब हिप जॉइन्ट का ऑप्रेशन होता है। मरीज की उम्र 50 पूरी हो चुकी है। सेकण्ड ऑप्रेशन है और फूड ड्राप भी है। मरीज जमीन पर नही बैठ सकता है। स्कोटिंग(पलती लगाकर बैठना) भी नही कर सकता है। इस कंडीशन में सेकण्ड ऑप्रेशन कॉम्प्लिकेशन क्या होगे?
