Often my fears come from the belief that I won’t get what I want.

    I don't know how
    to change my life around...
    I watch this video
    and what arises in me
    is overwhelm and stress.
    my dream life feels
    999-trillion universes away
    from my reality:
    - I have minimal work (I live in poverty)
    - the place I rent is old-old and teeny-teeny tiny-tiny
    - I have passions and talents that could make me rich, but...
    - I'm single, have been my whole life, I die for true love
    - fat and diabetic
    - old now, no longer attractive
    - no friends
    - always a million-trillion stressful things to do...

KT tossing us some wisdom, once again.👍🤸🏾💃🏾💛🤸🏾‍♂️💫🕺🏾🎼🤸🏾‍♀️🌺
EDIT: btw, where is this Byron Katie interview in it's entirety? will you be posting it soon?
EDIT #2: hey! I think I found it..I scrolled through your videos page again and found another clip + a 46mins+ upload..thinking that's the whole thing? no 2nd half? so, I'll go with that one [unless I hear from you there's more]..and looking forward to it, never get tired of hearing from KT in new interviews and presentations.🙂

Katie I really love you, and you are so awakened, I have a question for you, I was suppose to get cosmetic surgery but knowing that God imagined me before creating me, is like telling him that I don't accept myself and therefore don't love myself, so now I just want to accept my flaws. I'm 64 and of course the body and face is sagging. So what do you think, can you enlighting me?

Hey there. Thought I would reply here (I am not Katie) I have done the work for years. Katie as agnostic to the "God" that most people think about. God to her is just simply reality... not a man in the sky that thought about your looks before he created you and then willingly created you. Religion, or belief in any spiritual leader is not a part of Katies work. If you were to do a worksheet, you might start with questioning why you want to get cosmetic surgery. 1. I should get cosmetic surgery because of (insert your reason here)... is it true? Do I absolutely know It is true? How do I act / feel when I think that is true? Who would I be, how would I feel if I did not have that thought? Also, if you go to Byron's website... you can connect with someone on the phone for free to do the work with you. For me, I would not want to have unnecessary procedures because of the risk / benefit. But my answer is not your answer. Only you can discover your answer. Wishing you peace.

But if you've suffered the truly unfathomable torture of benzo injury, you might have a different take on this.
