Us Mozambicans who live in Germany were not able to vote at the Mozambican embassy in Berlin! There were people who traveled all the way to Berlin just to be told there are issues, they told us maybe we can come back on Sunday … very disappointed

Portugal has offered rapid reaction force to deal with the Cabo Delgado insurgency. Maputo refused. Everybody knows that Portuguese would easily solve that problem. They have the experience, the best counterinsurgency troops and have strong brotherly bonds with Mozambique. Instead, Maputo prefers to have them in Matola, over two thousand kilometres away, supposedly training Mozambican marines. In Central African Republic instead, UN does employ Portuguese special forces. Makes no sense at all. Why is that?

We, the people of Mozambique, have voted for President Venâncio Mondlane. The FRELIMO has never truly won anything. They have always used force to rule this country. But now, we demand justice; this party must step down from power! The international community needs to step in and intervene for us. We are tired! We want our country back, and we will give it to whomever we choose. This protest will not stop until we find a solution. And the solution is for VM7 to lead the nation!
