They are a great brand. This issue was caused by a Firewire 800 cable coming out because the bass was so severe. Presonus jumped straight on this and sorted out Deadmau5 with Dante modules which replaces the FW800 cables with Ethernet cables, which have a retention lug as standard.
@@JordanLoweElevaToursCanada It all comes with time, experience and exposure. Believe it or not, they didn't realise what had happened here until after the show. They just reseated everything that could have been the cause and it started working. But they had multiple issues on the night - figured it out after it was caused by bass rattle causing the FW800 connectors to work loose (hence why the fault occured when the 'thud' of the drop happened), and within 2 days Presonus got them hooked up with a Dante module for the StudioLive mixer they were using as part of this setup.
Props to the guy for handling the situation without completely freaking out, AND to the guy recording for actually having decent picture and audio quality.
Starting from 0:19, there was a reason why he had to embarrass himself. At 0:19, there is a HUGE bass, the front crowd's ears were hurting so much and it will be nearly impossible to breathe. So he had to *purposely* put an embarrassing picture on the stage so that the bass will stop. This is showing how a true showman he is.

big feel. the indoor percussion group I marched with had the same issue with one of the new presonus boards. Cut out in the middle of the tennor/ vocal feature and it was just drums every other measure and silence.
He makes his own mix on stage using a Presonus board, then sends a stereo mix to the foh engineer. From what I understand, the Presonus board on stage had a cable disconnected. So if anyone would get fired it would be the guy running cables lol
I was at the show and I'm pretty sure when he brought in that low pass filter in GnS, the rattle from the bass kept shaking it loose then that first kick basically knocked it out. Cause at 0:19 - 0:34 the vibrations resonated throughout the ENTIRE venue and being so close to the PAs, I'm sure it was that part that caused it.

big feel. the indoor percussion group I marched with had the same issue with one of the new presonus boards. Cut out in the middle of the tennor/ vocal feature and it was just drums every other measure and silence.

He makes his own mix on stage using a Presonus board, then sends a stereo mix to the foh engineer. From what I understand, the Presonus board on stage had a cable disconnected. So if anyone would get fired it would be the guy running cables lol
The incredible thing is no one fucking check this board three or four times before the gig!

I remeber this. I was right up in the middle of the GA Floor and stopped recording thinking the song was over.
I was at the show and I'm pretty sure when he brought in that low pass filter in GnS, the rattle from the bass kept shaking it loose then that first kick basically knocked it out. Cause at 0:19 - 0:34 the vibrations resonated throughout the ENTIRE venue and being so close to the PAs, I'm sure it was that part that caused it.
