- This is a video of how we got our beloved cat, and how she died-- so if death triggers you, you want to skip this one. It's sad and heartfelt and I recorded it a few days after she died, so I get pretty tear-y. We were blessed to have her these years, and each creature, no matter how long it has, gives glory to it's Creator. She was a good cat. She had a good end. We loved her.

Yes you were right she chose you to be her family! You provided her with her forever home! She was beautiful and had a great sense of humor! It was obvious this video was hard for you to do so thank you for sharing her story with us! RIP sweet Assumpta!

God bless you and your lovely family for giving Assumpta and her fur siblings such a loving home. I feel your pain. I lost my precious Jewel last summer, and my heart still aches for her. As you've said, life goes on, and our other furry friends need good loving homes, but we will always cherish the memories of our special babies.

I'm just seeing this video for the first time. I cried through it. I miss some animals years later, so I know it's never too late. She was a sweet kitty, I'm glad you all had her in your lives. And I'm glad she had you as well !!! 😌💗🙏🏻

That is an amazing age for a cat. This is the hard part of losing pets. :-(

I guess it was a eulogy! I didn't think of it that way. I don't want to minimize bigger things, such as family loss (been there, too) or terrible human things people face. But this dang cat-- it did help just to put this together, even though there are many more important things.
