Small, wet, crystals pour from your eyes. Short beeps as you dial a number into your phone. Long minutes as you wait. “Hey.” That familiar, lovely voice is speaking to you. A long exhale of joy, a long hug, a long time of happiness. The only person you had ever wanted to stay, was right here.
