In my opinion you can never loose money if you don’t sell the metal Always hold the metal rather then sell because at the end of the day you hold what’s REAL, desired, and will always be used. If you think you’re gonna just be back in a position of needing money again don’t invest if you are not willing to maybe have to say goodbye to that money or “loosing money”.
Traded gold got a tube of 1986 gem bu Libertads. Will probably never sell ever. Nobody gets it ever it'll be buried with me in my grave. Can't believe myself! I can only hope silver outpaces gold & we charge hundreds for Libertads here on out.

The sealed tube will add $200 to full price. 🤐 I've come up on the Libertad collector market as prices still going up on the rare numismatics. 1998s still climbing in price regardless of spot tanking. No effect because of it's rarity. I got 2 1998 under my belt so far. Made 500 on one after grading NGC came back MS67

Keeping powder dry is important for sure. and if the money is for a house and the purchase is expected soon, I would for sure just keep in the bank or a high yield account and not put in metals. My AMEX card offers a 5% yield savings account. Hard to be that and AMEX is not going under anytime soon. Alot of the cards offer similar. For me, that feels safer than a small regional bank.... I am still stacking. Cash mainly, Gold is on hold, Silver I am hunting deals, and Platinum is being stacked still.

Wife and I were lucky to build up our stack when prices were much lower. Since we hold for the long term and have no immediate plans to buy or sell, we can tune out the daily ups & downs of spot prices. I do watch the GSR though, because we’re a bit overweighted in silver and I plan to swap some of it for more gold. Good vid bro, thx!
I bought a couple of 10 oz bars and the AK 2 oz Chad this month. I also grabbed 2.5 ozs of gold (100% fomo). I'm going to chill for the next 4 weeks unless we have 10% drop in medals. I swore I wasn't going to buy, lol.

Ouch ! It happens I can’t say I haven’t been there before I have but I usually only sell what I need to and try not to go all in but you can’t beat having a nice cabin or a piece of land to enjoy . That’s why I started stacking gold and silver in the first place for a home and land it’s probably the only thing is go all in for . Enjoy that cabin and the freedom and peace of mind it brings you peace of mind is priceless

No one has a crystal ball in doing this it could go up down left right at any time . I would never try and short the market like that for one I have lots and lots of silver there’s not a coin shop around that would have that kind of inventory next I’m taking about a dollar or two pull back not a $10 pullback so it’s better to just pick it up as a pullback happens and catch the dip to cost average the stack . If someone can sake this much silver hold the cash for a few months and buy it all back cheaper than good for them I would never do that to many variables to mess it up . I was able to pull it off in 2022 and got very lucky but wouldn’t try doing it again I’m happy having what I have and just adding to the stack on pullbacks

Yes sir. Got a couple 10 ounce bars at $23/ounce(@spot) right before the rally. I was hesitant since I'm feeling much better with a significant base. But any chance to lower cost average is a win. Personally, I hope the price of silver/gold tanks. Because I'm confident in the long run I'll be just fine. Diamond hands! I'd really like to hit my goal of 1,000+ ounces. But that may not be possible until 2026 when I've paid off my house. But, we'll see. I'm not opposed to buying Silver over $50/ounce, or even triple digits. I'll need to see clear signs that the dollar is collapsing though.
i have 235 ten ounce bars, 3 hundred ounce bars, 7 kilo bars, 35 five ounce bars, around 120 one ounce bars, the rest is 1 ounce rounds, some junk, somed gram bars, some 1tenth ounce coins. sold my gold and bought silver. bought some this week, that pullback may not come, ik buy when i have cash no matter the price, been stacking 5 years, have bit over 4500 ounces.
I have one oz rounds, however I can't get away from 10 oz bars. As I've stated in the past I collect mainly 10 oz RCM and Britannia along with 10 oz Sunshine bars. 10 oz bars just feel right and stack nicely. Stacking cash, food and storing water for now.

Dollar cost average protects a person from not only big swings, but emotion as well. Nobody knows what the market will do. Metals are a storage....that's it. It is there when you need it, regardless of its "performance". If/when it goes to $5k, will people actually trade it for fiat? Why? The $5k value has very little to do with the metal increasing in value and more to do with the dollar dying. Gambling with anything is not a good idea. You might get lucky...if so, great. But what if you don't?
Bought a Maple🍁 for 2377$ today, most i’ve ever paid for an ounce of gold😅 But real cost was 1662$ since i got some free scrap gold from my mom’s thrift shop.
I buy consistently, regardless of the price. I buy to hold, not to speculate. Over the long term, precious metals retain their value. An ounce of silver will buy precisely what it did 50+ years ago. I couldn’t care less about the inflation-ridden fiat required to obtain it at any given time.
Buying a commodity without regard to its current price sounds like a pretty poor strategy to me but OK, make sure you get rid off all your inflation ridden fiat as soon as possible. By chance are you working for a bullion dealer?

Now they've boosted spot quite a bit and are spreading the usual to the moon FOMO, so the can offload it all back out to the market at a tidy % profit. Call me cynical. heh
