I have the same exact bike same color. Absolutely love it. There is a slight difference in the engine between a Goldwing. Gold wings have two carburetors. Valkyries have six carburetors. And also have a different cam timing . So the fuel mileage is not as good as my gold wings were. But I believe it's got more power. Small price to pay. I will never sell this bike
I had a 1998 wine/ ivory kept it for 5 years and traded it for a new at the time 2003 GW! That Valkyrie is one bike i should of kept along with the GW! That engine is engineered for 400,000 miles according to a Honda rep i talked to!
I can't decide between this and the VTX 1800, got 2 for sale, same mileage same color same price...

I seriously doubt he's going to say what he sold that like for. I paid 5700 for Mine 2 months ago from a Honda dealership on the west coast.Same year same color. But it was not as decked out as this one is. And I really thought that was a thousand more than it was worth. But I didn't care I had to have it. And I have no regrets.. I am 60 years old. And I have owned three gold wings before this. But this bike was on my bucket list. You only live once

Guy near me has the same year and color Valkyrie with 20K miles and he only wants $4,000 cash. It doen't have all the options this one does but it is in excellent shape. I'm tempted to bite.

only thing that scares me if ya dropped the bike youd fck up the valve covers on the side of the engine

I will own one one day, cobra 6 pipes a must. Test rode one but wasn't up to my par lil too much polishing needed
