- Delivering a load of cabbage from Mt Airy, NC to a Walmart distribution center in Johnstown, NY. Day started out with cool temperatures and sunshine but ended with snow and freezing cold temperatures in New York. Come along for the ride.

Such a clean good looking truck! It is SO HARD to keep a clean truck on the aggregate side of trucking. We're in and out of dusty and muddy quarries everyday it's just a whole different animal when it comes to staying clean! 😭

I love Whites! 😊. Every time I go there I always park in the back. Even though they need to put some more lights back there because its super dark at night. 👍🏾
I totally agree! As you can see, I literally had to get out and look. Way too dark. When they expanded the parking lot a couple years ago, they completely dropped the ball with the lightning.
My dad was a truck driver back in the 80s-90s his buddy who trained him been driving since the 70s. I showed them both your videos they love it man. Glad you're keeping real trucking alive. Not this bought CDL Volvo driving crap

I did high way runs way back in 2002 Florida, Texas, New York and Kansas ...Been a local for the last 22 years..Sometimes I feel like going back on High way, Florida run would do good ....Toronto to Miami .
If you're making good money running local, I would stay local.
I went from miami up to Buffalo, was nice all the way up to Virginia, got into wv went from 60 degree down to 27 and was snowing from erie all the way to Buffalo. Thus was just Wednesday

Well hello there Marv...i know exactly where Whites was...ive stayed there quite a few times.. everytime i stayed id try to get there and go eat in the restaurant there, but it shut down when the pedmic hit.. was a good restaurant to eat and get a good meal like u would've gotten at home... i cant think what the name of it was,but it was in almost all of the Petros.. i would try and stop at tryck stops that had buffets when i was hungry. Buffets might been a lil expensive but atleast could get a decent salad and decent somewhat home cooked food instead of like McDonald's or etc
White’s is one of my favorite truck stops. Especially now with the new store addition. All the trucker apparel you can think of, they have it.

@JeffreyAdkins-no9hd It's basically a 1 stop shop for truckers. Clothes, shoes, boots, chrome shops, and lighting, it's all there.

Anything that involves protest and trucking is a complete waste of time. It doesn't work! I gave up on participating in any form of trucking protest. To sum it up, it's all talk. They guys saying, "I'm not going to NY", is the guys who don't go to NY or have never been to NY.

Congrats on the permits and endorsements!! Loads have been horrible for the past year or so. nothing has changed. This is normal the slow period for reefer loads. February-April has been historically the slow period for reefer loads.
Are you still doing the paint job for the spring or postponing it? Btw enjoyed the video bro stay safe out there 👍
Still up in the air. Don't wanna have the truck down too long. The end of April to August is my busiest time of the year.

I never park on the corners. My truck also sticks out 3' longer than your average truck. My wheelbase is 300". Recipe for disaster.

I don’t eat dessert on the road. I’m full after my meal. Only time I eat dessert is when I’m out at a restaurant or having a family dinner.

At what speed do you get your best fuel economy?
Around 63-65 mph. But, my foot is heavy. My average speed on the 81 is around 73 mph.
