But the choreo here was really difficult as it included many lifts and stuff, but Rosé still managed to do it smoothly and perfectly along with singing live....so yess she nailed the dance too!

Yall don't understand just how amazing this performance. She's not just dancing and singing she's doing stunts while also keeping on note. Vocals never wavering. This song doesn't even need choreography. Just imagine her belting this out with just a band in the back. She'd be outstanding. We likely have choreography because she's the type of kpop star that has to provide one especially for a debut solo song or maybe she really just wanted to give us something. Either way serious kudos to Rosé. Appreciate her!! She's so good.

I'm not saying that this performance is an example of this but there is a method where artists can prerecord a "live" not perfect but believable live performance and then that is played back so it seems more authentic than lip syncing to the original track. Janet Jackson used to do it back in the day. So it sounded live with imperfections but it was just as pre-recorded as a regular lip sync.

The track is not a typical dance track that needs hard hitting choreography. Go look for power if it is meant to be powerful. But as how I see it, the song has mostly melodic parts so it requires soft dancing.
