cody did tell solo going into wrestlemania 39 last year that he wasn't ready & then he was also the one who ended solo's main roster undefeated streak so he might have been on to something because you can tell that solo took what cody said to heart which led to solo to make himself the new tribal chief but he still has yet to prove cody wrong by beating him clean in a 1v1 match

Every every week Solo gets the biggest heel reaction on SmackDown. I don’t understand what the problem is. if people truly didn’t care, they wouldn’t react during his promos and they would turn the channel when the bloodline comes on. Neither of those things are happening. Solo’s doing a good job, and the fact that people online don’t like him proves it. The Heel that the fans actually dislike…. What a huge problem lol

As far as the losing goes when he was the enforcer role, he wasn’t a soldier to take gold and hold a top position like Roman and usos he was a bodyguard.
the issue really is primarily his booking. he's fought, like, one single guy in 1v1 matches for months at this point, and loses every single time. he talks about how he's going to beat cody, and how he's better than roman, but the cage match just proved to everybody that he's simply not up to that level.... but they still follow him and he's still being an issue to cody and roman for no real reason. it makes it look like he's just constantly throwing a tantrum, especially because the other members of the bloodline haven't been allowed to speak until this week, so they just seem like completely mind controlled puppets who don't care whether he wins or loses.

Solo Sikoa is the worst booked main eventer I’ve ever seen. He has great character, but he’s getting late Roman Bloodline booking without having the previous Roman booking. Therefore, he looks weak. There’s a guy in his own faction booked significantly stronger than he is. The Bloodline is a threat, but Solo Sikoa is not. He should’ve had time to actually beat guys and lead himself up. Why he would go from jobbing for Roman to going up against Cody and jobbing for him is beyond me. And NOW, he’s gonna get a single win against Roman *MAYBE,* and then lose in the end. Plus, I think his gimmick is a bit wrong. These guys should be wild Samoans.

I rock with Jacob but he hasn't even had so much as a singles match on TV yet. You can't push him too hard so soon or you end up booking yourself into a corner. Right now, they're protecting him which they should. But if we're being honest, IWC marks like Jacob because they think doing a bunch of flips & dives is what gives a wrestler "aura". But real wrestling is about storytelling & psychology. Its not always about doing a bunch of fancy crap in the ring. Jacob has all the potential in the world but it takes time to nurture that.

I think his a great heel, his playing his heel role the way it’s supposed to be played. This gives me old school wwe vibes. Heels aren’t meant to be liked, they are supposed to lose matches and get riled up. WWE knows what they are doing.
I think Solo is a good old school heel. Back then heels never won. Their moveset sucked and they were very unlikeable. The new heels made the old heels look like jobbers. I feel like he needs more time to polish him. I also believe he shouldn't be the mouth piece. He needs a mouth piece like Paul Heyman but edgier

Honestly, I agree with a lot of what you said. My thing is, I think solo's character is that he believes he's the guy but everyone knows he's not. When I view his run like this, it made it better for me. Because I thought it was boring. However, I will argue that solo does have a deeper moveset than he shows. It's just a very uninspired moveset.
I felt like Solo was put in an impossible position. He was silent for a year alongside some of the biggest personalities in the company. Then, Roman, The Rock, Paul, and Jimmy were all removed from the equation along with Jey and Sami still being out of the picture. Then, Solo was asked to keep the Bloodline storyline relevant without any of them but with 3 brand new characters to the WWE universe (who still haven’t really gotten a chance to speak yet). Then, he’s been regularly booked against the current champion who had a 2 year build and isn’t losing anytime soon. I agree with your points, but I think he was unintentionally setup for failure. Something he has done well recently though is his dialogue that gets picked up by the camera like when he was yelling at Roman and Cody about “being friends” now/not liking each other. When the rest of the major players are back in the picture, hopefully he’ll thrive playing off of them since he’s gotten all of this experience carrying promos by himself this year.
Something I heard is that WWE KNOWS Solo is not a main event guy and wants to drop him down the card, but can't without pissing off someone in his family. It's nepotism.

The issue with Solo isnt even Solo its Triple H booking of a large portion of main eventers on Smackdown the literal Main Event scene is the Bloodline vs Team Cody thats it AJ is coming back soon thats cool and all but youd notice that nearly every week its either Carmelo vs Andrade, Naomi/Bailey vs someone who isnt relevant or Nia/Tiffany or the Bloodline vs Randy KO and Cody i swear i havent seen a actual match that doesnt include one of the wrestlers i mentioned its always the same 10 people

It’s crazy coz I remember people saying he was more of a badass in NXT and should have stayed there a bit longer. Looking back on that suggestion, I think that should have been the case coz he is washed up now. I like the New Bloods, not a fan of him on the mic. They should just always move as a pack and never allow Solo to fight alone. It shouldn’t be IF they get involved but when. They should pivot from him being the tribal chief and make it more of him feeling like he had to takeover when Roman abandoned the family. Just walked away as soon as he lost. Say something like “You left the bloodline behind when you lost your belt. But family is bigger than your belt. Bigger than this sport. Bigger than YOU!”

Solo Sikoa just had the best match of his career so far on Smackdown. He gets the biggest heel reactions on Smackdown. After WM40, he was tasked with filling the shoes of one of the GOATs (Roman Reigns) & managed to keep the Bloodline as the most intriguing storyline in WWE even in RR's absence. His entrance theme is one of the biggest bangers on the roster. And he most definitely has had the most character development of anybody in WWE over the last year going from the silent enforcer to the stoic but insecure & slightly unhinged heir to the Tribal Chief throne we see now. The hate he gets from some in the IWC just feels forced & bandwagoney at this point. Nobody expects him to be just as good as Roman at least not right now. He's still growing & still learning. Now with all that being said, I'll concede that WWE has done a terrible job of building him up to be a legitimate badass especially after the squash match with John Cena last year. They should've protected him more. As a result, the build-up to him & Cody at Summerslam even though it was decent, it did feel a bit forced. But we all knew that match just a platform for RR to make his return to WWE. So it served its purpose in that regard. Bottom line though, Solo is one of the most interesting characters in WWE & he's doing a great job with the role he's been given. If he wasn't, he wouldn't be getting the kind of reactions he gets every week. Hell he's the reason USA/Fox has to regularly edit out crowd noise due to the amount of heel heat he generates from the live audience. And at the end of the day, if you're smart, you should know this is all being set up as part of a much broader storyline once The Final Boss (The Rock) makes his return. So just let it cook.
You're on you're own with this piece. Yes Solo could've won more matches but that's not his fault. That's because of poor writing. This new Bloodline is a problem. Solo is a problem!!! We need villains my G. Solo and his new crew are doing a great job as villains. They have wrecked everybody! Let them rock!
He should’ve won the belt and then dropped it back to Cody. Winning the belt would’ve cemented himself as a proper tribal chief, when Roman became the tribal chief he was already the champion. Solo does all of this just to lose and lose and lose. Winning the belt, holding for like a month at least and then dropping him back gives him something to work with. It also gives Cody more of something to do as well.
The problem with that is that Solo had no actual credibility, and Cody would look really bad (specially after beating Roman) for losing to Solo No one would have looked good after that. What they needed to do was as simple as let Solo win more, even if it is against local jobers. That way, he doesn't look like a total joke.

Solo doesn't have any aura, he doesn't feel special. During big matches, you can see him looking around like he's lost, or checking how he looks on the jumbotron. But I do like his "little brother pretending to be big brother" character.😮
The one thing I keep telling myself is that we all look at Solo as a fake tribal chief including himself, so he brought in these three members in and possibly more on the way to look strong next to him even we seen them all look strong without them, so it will be matter of time before they also realize they are better off without him and turn on him
Solo was better was a quiet but deadly menace. His character for the Tribal Chief role is not good to me. As you said, I can’t take him serious. His in ring work or promo wise. He doesn’t seem feared nor is he a threat to carry the company (right now atleast)
I said it in another video and I'll say it in this one too. Solo is a natural babyface! If you watch his out of character interviews, he's much more likeable and expresses himself better. He should lose and go away for a few months and have him come back as a baby face by himself or in tag team, but NOT the Bloodline. Tama and Tonga should reform as their old tag team. And make Jacob Fatu a singles monster!
Unfortunately, I agree with this video. As someone who was rooting for Solo and thought he'd make a great tribal chief, I gotta say, I'm disappointed and bored. It's bad enough that Jacob Fatu eclipses him whenever they're in the ring together but all he does is run his mouth and constantly lose matches. And this "Mafia boss" look with the gloves just isn't doing it for me. I prefer Solo when he was more animalistic and wild (like Umaga) but aside from taking loss after loss, they nerfed the hell out of him and made him "too human." That sense of danger he once brought just isn't there anymore. 🥱

Many of you forget Solo Sikoa is in the same position as Roman Reigns when he fist started with the The Shield. Both of them were pushed in the Main Event while they didn't deserve it, Both of them weren't great wrestlers and only had few set of moves that's why both Solo and Roman were in groups with guys who could wrestle with both Solo and Roman being the Power House in the group. He’s a cosplay of Roman, duh he’s posing as a fake tribal cheif, think of Joffrey from Game of thrones, not the true king but act like he’s got the power. As far as the losing goes when he was the enforcer role, he wasn’t a soldier to take gold and hold a top position like Roman and usos he was a bodyguard.
the issue really is primarily his booking. he's fought, like, one single guy in 1v1 matches for months at this point, and loses every single time. he talks about how he's going to beat cody, and how he's better than roman, but the cage match just proved to everybody that he's simply not up to that level.... but they still follow him and he's still being an issue to cody and roman for no real reason. it makes it look like he's just constantly throwing a tantrum, especially because the other members of the bloodline haven't been allowed to speak until this week, so they just seem like completely mind controlled puppets who don't care whether he wins or loses.
Solo just looks like he'd be better off as a baby face to me. But the fact he is getting booed out of the building when he opens his mouth means they're doing something right with him. It's his role to be the pretender right now. Don't care what this guy narrating has to say, it is what he's doing... being the pretender to the throne that the real king eventually has to overthrow/eliminate.

Solo Sikoa is the worst booked main eventer I’ve ever seen. He has great character, but he’s getting late Roman Bloodline booking without having the previous Roman booking. Therefore, he looks weak. There’s a guy in his own faction booked significantly stronger than he is. The Bloodline is a threat, but Solo Sikoa is not. He should’ve had time to actually beat guys and lead himself up. Why he would go from jobbing for Roman to going up against Cody and jobbing for him is beyond me. And NOW, he’s gonna get a single win against Roman *MAYBE,* and then lose in the end. Plus, I think his gimmick is a bit wrong. These guys should be wild Samoans.

I have been saying this for a long time. Solo Is not ready for this push. Jacob Fatu is a bigger threat but for some stupid reason wwe insists on pushing Umaga Junior despite the fact that he is not prepared for this big push.
Jacob is being pushed too fast. They need to do more than just run ins, beatdowns, and tag matches. He needs some 1 v 1 wins under his belt

I rock with Jacob but he hasn't even had so much as a singles match on TV yet. You can't push him too hard so soon or you end up booking yourself into a corner. Right now, they're protecting him which they should. But if we're being honest, IWC marks like Jacob because they think doing a bunch of flips & dives is what gives a wrestler "aura". But real wrestling is about storytelling & psychology. Its not always about doing a bunch of fancy crap in the ring. Jacob has all the potential in the world but it takes time to nurture that.

I think his a great heel, his playing his heel role the way it’s supposed to be played. This gives me old school wwe vibes. Heels aren’t meant to be liked, they are supposed to lose matches and get riled up. WWE knows what they are doing.

Honestly, I agree with a lot of what you said. My thing is, I think solo's character is that he believes he's the guy but everyone knows he's not. When I view his run like this, it made it better for me. Because I thought it was boring. However, I will argue that solo does have a deeper moveset than he shows. It's just a very uninspired moveset.

I felt like Solo was put in an impossible position. He was silent for a year alongside some of the biggest personalities in the company. Then, Roman, The Rock, Paul, and Jimmy were all removed from the equation along with Jey and Sami still being out of the picture. Then, Solo was asked to keep the Bloodline storyline relevant without any of them but with 3 brand new characters to the WWE universe (who still haven’t really gotten a chance to speak yet).
Then, he’s been regularly booked against the current champion who had a 2 year build and isn’t losing anytime soon. I agree with your points, but I think he was unintentionally setup for failure. Something he has done well recently though is his dialogue that gets picked up by the camera like when he was yelling at Roman and Cody about “being friends” now/not liking each other.
When the rest of the major players are back in the picture, hopefully he’ll thrive playing off of them since he’s gotten all of this experience carrying promos by himself this year.
Something I heard is that WWE KNOWS Solo is not a main event guy and wants to drop him down the card, but can't without pissing off someone in his family. It's nepotism.

The issue with Solo isnt even Solo its Triple H booking of a large portion of main eventers on Smackdown the literal Main Event scene is the Bloodline vs Team Cody thats it AJ is coming back soon thats cool and all but youd notice that nearly every week its either Carmelo vs Andrade, Naomi/Bailey vs someone who isnt relevant or Nia/Tiffany or the Bloodline vs Randy KO and Cody i swear i havent seen a actual match that doesnt include one of the wrestlers i mentioned its always the same 10 people

Him being a heel especially with this character is horrible because his moveset has to be limited and he can’t be himself. He’s a way better wrestler than his brothers but he doesn’t get to display it much.
It’s crazy coz I remember people saying he was more of a badass in NXT and should have stayed there a bit longer. Looking back on that suggestion, I think that should have been the case coz he is washed up now.

The title is wild. I won’t even entertain this because of the title. Solo doing his job and doing it well. He is young and holding a lot down himself. HHH is happy.
I like the New Bloods, not a fan of him on the mic. They should just always move as a pack and never allow Solo to fight alone. It shouldn’t be IF they get involved but when. They should pivot from him being the tribal chief and make it more of him feeling like he had to takeover when Roman abandoned the family. Just walked away as soon as he lost. Say something like “You left the bloodline behind when you lost your belt. But family is bigger than your belt. Bigger than this sport. Bigger than YOU!”

Solo Sikoa just had the best match of his career so far on Smackdown. He gets the biggest heel reactions on Smackdown. After WM40, he was tasked with filling the shoes of one of the GOATs (Roman Reigns) & managed to keep the Bloodline as the most intriguing storyline in WWE even in RR's absence. His entrance theme is one of the biggest bangers on the roster. And he most definitely has had the most character development of anybody in WWE over the last year going from the silent enforcer to the stoic but insecure & slightly unhinged heir to the Tribal Chief throne we see now. The hate he gets from some in the IWC just feels forced & bandwagoney at this point. Nobody expects him to be just as good as Roman at least not right now. He's still growing & still learning. Now with all that being said, I'll concede that WWE has done a terrible job of building him up to be a legitimate badass especially after the squash match with John Cena last year. They should've protected him more. As a result, the build-up to him & Cody at Summerslam even though it was decent, it did feel a bit forced. But we all knew that match just a platform for RR to make his return to WWE. So it served its purpose in that regard. Bottom line though, Solo is one of the most interesting characters in WWE & he's doing a great job with the role he's been given. If he wasn't, he wouldn't be getting the kind of reactions he gets every week. Hell he's the reason USA/Fox has to regularly edit out crowd noise due to the amount of heel heat he generates from the live audience. And at the end of the day, if you're smart, you should know this is all being set up as part of a much broader storyline once The Final Boss (The Rock) makes his return. So just let it cook.

He should’ve won the belt and then dropped it back to Cody. Winning the belt would’ve cemented himself as a proper tribal chief, when Roman became the tribal chief he was already the champion. Solo does all of this just to lose and lose and lose.
Winning the belt, holding for like a month at least and then dropping him back gives him something to work with. It also gives Cody more of something to do as well.
If Solo wins the Undisputed Champion, he will become a new face of the company like Roman

Solo doesn't have any aura, he doesn't feel special. During big matches, you can see him looking around like he's lost, or checking how he looks on the jumbotron. But I do like his "little brother pretending to be big brother" character.😮
The one thing I keep telling myself is that we all look at Solo as a fake tribal chief including himself, so he brought in these three members in and possibly more on the way to look strong next to him even we seen them all look strong without them, so it will be matter of time before they also realize they are better off without him and turn on him
Solo was better was a quiet but deadly menace. His character for the Tribal Chief role is not good to me. As you said, I can’t take him serious. His in ring work or promo wise. He doesn’t seem feared nor is he a threat to carry the company (right now atleast)
I said it in another video and I'll say it in this one too. Solo is a natural babyface! If you watch his out of character interviews, he's much more likeable and expresses himself better.
He should lose and go away for a few months and have him come back as a baby face by himself or in tag team, but NOT the Bloodline.

Unfortunately, I agree with this video. As someone who was rooting for Solo and thought he'd make a great tribal chief, I gotta say, I'm disappointed and bored. It's bad enough that Jacob Fatu eclipses him whenever they're in the ring together but all he does is run his mouth and constantly lose matches. And this "Mafia boss" look with the gloves just isn't doing it for me. I prefer Solo when he was more animalistic and wild (like Umaga) but aside from taking loss after loss, they nerfed the hell out of him and made him "too human." That sense of danger he once brought just isn't there anymore. 🥱

Both of them were pushed in the Main Event while they didn't deserve it, Both of them weren't great wrestlers and only had few set of moves that's why both Solo and Roman were in groups with guys who could wrestle with both Solo and Roman being the Power House in the group. You guys forget how boring and hated Roman Reigns was when he started he was bood at every shows even at Wrestlemania Mainevents. Give Solo time and another character and he'll be as good as Roman
