Don't put lime juice while boiling dal .it gives chemical reaction. After boiling dal off the stove then put lime juice .it will enhance the taste also ok dear dont mind.❤ anthing
I also make this daal. I add lemon after switching stove off. One information masoor daal after cooking automatically turns yellow even without adding turmeric.
