Kerdroya | The Cornish Landscape Labyrinth

Kerdroya: Cornish Landscape Labyrinth is well underway, celebrating 4,000 years of the humble Cornish hedge and 60 years of the Cornwall AONB. Here’s a little video, showing the work we’ve done with schools, community groups and master hedgers to restore stretches of hedge across Cornwall.

I'm a little confused. It looked like they were building stone walls. Are they called hedges? I thought hedges were made of plants.
