It’s the first day of mental health awareness month 💚✨ how are you taking care of YOU this month?
I started doing at home gentle Pilates a couple weeks back and it helps me take a moment to relax and give my own body love and positive thoughts. I’m a mom of a 3 year old hyper boy so its something I really look forward to now 😊

Loving God more enables to love me and others more. Easing into a consistent workout 5 days a week and learning to get proper sleep. I now realize the importance of this to stave off depression and other health related issues. Enjoy your content so much!

I started therapy last month, I’m getting my BHT certification, I’m going in and deep cleaning my entire house as well as planning some decorating that I’ll be doing for the spring and summer. Creating a calming relaxing space for myself. The last year has been a journey for me, but thank God I’m pulling myself together 😊
The Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato is definitely one of my favs. It makes me smile and definitely lasts a long time on my clothes. Need to pick up that Hempz lotion as well as that book. I chronically deal with anxiety and depression so I need to check that book out.
Yum is that gworl, a lot of people are starting to come around to it who didn’t like it at first 😂😂😂😂 and trauma is a huge catalyst for so many mental health issues, this book definitely helps with that!

I was about to try cbd products I don't know much about it anything really but I seen verify on here and decided I can't chance even trying with the job I have (medical) they don't care to check or look deeper weve had younger staff bring it in when tested but Dir of Nsg didn't care just any excuse in her favor. I love all you share I need to find so much you shared. I felt the same on Stanley cups till I got one. My work ice (chipped that I love) lasted 2 1/2 days in it.
