I was at the one in Detroit and felt like a 90s death metal teenager I was 19 years old at the time I’m 20 now and I’ve been a metal head since a was a kid and I will never stop loving metal
I remember the shock we had when Suffocation came to Paris for the first time, with Mike Smith as drummer. It was the first time we saw someone blasting his snare drum! So good memory
The more I watch the band with this vocalist, the more I still say nope, he's got nothing on Frank. He's doing his level best, he's trying hard, but he's just not doing anything for me. The rest of the band is killing it, though, and it's nice to hear the second solo on this song for once--for some reason they don't usually have that in recent times, and I don't know why. I've even gotten used to Eric throwing in the hyper speed heel-toe double kick in the breakdown. They've still got it, for sure.
