I mean, be for real, Motion Twin shut Evil Empire from continuing to work on this game so it wouldn't overshadow the new game they were working on. There was much more content planned for this game.

@oxsila I'm crying because I was correcting you on your "Your", when really it is "You're". Also I'm crying because you accused me of not using enough commas, when really I didn't need to use any because I used "Because", therefore didn't need to use any. Also I can use "I am" or "I'm", doesn't really matter which one. Just stay mad kid.
bought the game day one on switch but I started it last week. I regret it so much that I did not play it earlier. this game is one of the best i ever played.
You get some permanent upgrades along the way and it does help. Not sure if it will still fall short for you or not though. If you give it another go, hope you enjoy. If you don't, sorry that this game wasn't really your cup of tea.

Is this a game that gets way better the further you get? Because i played for a short time and found it extremely boring.

What permanent upgrades? I read that there are none at all, save unlocking new weapons, which aren't upgrades. Were they added in an update?
