I think you should keep Toon Town in the Glade, mainly because Minnie's house suits the Glade so well! But I'll happily watch anything you make. I love the Glade at night, as well! ❤

Where did you get those balloons, 🎈 is that a house 🏠 from Up? Cool! And fantastic looking Glade, never knew Donald's boat could fit there. I kind of wish his house wasn't a boat, and a regular house. That way Chip and Dale could come torture him and take his breakfast 🥞 , or eat his popcorn, LOL!🍿 🤣🤣
It's a Hot Air Balloon from Up! It was part of the first star path I believe. So no house, hopefully we get that in the future! I agree with you about Donald, I would prefer a real house too! I think they did it this way to match toon town in Disneyland though. So I guess it makes sense.
I would suggest moving toon town just incase but that’s just me and that’s only if they add in more people you want into toon town. Iam surprised scrooge only lives in his store though

Thank you so much! I'm leaning toward keeping it down there and moving the carousel out. Expanding a few other things into that area.

I think the other rivers and water spots just aren’t construction spots because they aren’t big enough
