Thank you for reacting to this "perfection". As Coby said, "Pearl curtain" was written and composed by our divine Zunzun (Huo Zun) about ten years ago. During the first presentation of this song in a competition for authors, Liu Huan, on the jury, shed a tear. Since then, this song has become a Chinese classic on the level of "Mo Li Hua", sung and played by many singers and musicians, sometimes, like here, mixed with other famous tunes (Terry Lin, for example, made a sandwich of "Pearl curtain" with "Scarborough Fair", or Ping An duet with Zunzun, alternated it with his "If I Had My Life Again"). Also note that Karen Mok made a very sexy adaptation of this song which plunged Huahua into ecstasy. Concerning Fei Yu Qing (who had already sung "Pearl Curtain" duet with Zunzun in 2014), he is indeed a singer of great technical precision but... serving a remarkably refined emotion, quite similar in this area of what Li Yu Gang is doing. Such a beautiful song to listen to🥰. If I'm right, it is original by Henry Huo Zun and he won a competition with it. I know that there are 2 or 3 versions of the lyrics in English, but the story is the same... I will look for it in a moment. Although I really like this version by Uncle Fei and Ayunga, I still prefer the softness of how Henry sings it.... so heart-warming 🥰.
