I think Rhianna is seriously onto something, Matte finish foundation thats not too dry, you don't need to powder it all that much so it lasts, and then super bright highlighting powders, it just makes sense!!!

Love this look and as for the foundation oxidizing, on the Fenty instastories, they said that it doesn't oxidize, what it is, is it's like paint. When you put it on, it's wet, it's a lighter color and when it dries it's it's true shade. When you pick your color, let it dry before sticking with a color so you get the right color.
