I met them back in '07 when they were touring with In Flames (and to some extent had the same kiiiiind of music), and f*ck me they were awesome. Not just as artists and performers- but as people! It was surreal suddenly hanging with them and talking about music and *their' music, and when they finally found their groove it all just clicked. Avatar has become something so amazing and I wouldn't have it any other way :D (all though playing old songs here and there live would be awesome!)
