When he really looks at you to talk you lose yourself in him hoping not to just hug him and thank him for everything that he is and that is truly an amazing individual and human being man he is so awesome and attentive to you us it’s almost unbelievable and weird but so lucky to have like 60 sec of his time on you feels amazing! I look up to him in acting and his voice on the lgbtqia+ I just love Johnny man he’s so awesomely human and kind 😊
He looks into and listens to your very soul, albeit platonically obviously, but nonetheless it's mesmerizing, unlike anything you've ever felt before, and as if you're the only person in the world. I wish I could bottle the feeling although I can already relive it in a heartbeat whenever I think about the encounter. 💙

I know, right. Someone else referred to him as Johnny in an interview at which he was not present and I couldn't figure out who they were talking about. Who is this kid Johnny and what does he have to do with Fellow Travelers. Took me a sec to realize they were referring to the amazing actor we know as Jonathan Bailey.

I’ve heard him be called Jonny Bailey so many times, from other actors and also himself. It’s obviously what he’s known as to friends :)

I so, so, so love how Matt and Jonathan spoke highly of each other. I remember watching the promo for Fellow Travelers and immediately wanting to watch it primarily because of Matt Bomer and my love of period dramas. Watching this show introduced my love for Jonathan and educated me in terms of events that we really didn't know such as the Lavender Scare.
The nuanced performance given by Jonathan Bailey in Fellow Travelers deserves ALL the awards.
Omg, are you serious?! He was awful. His American accent was so bad, it threw off his entire performance. You can tell he knew it was terrible. They should’ve hired an American.

It truly is so heartening to see LGBTQ+ actors being casted in queer art - shows/movies - and then receive the RIGHT kind of attention from the world. Sure there will always be homophobia, but lord, if we keep moving alike this, we may, HOPEFULLY, live to see a day in the future when everyone is just happy and appreciates good art and good people. These two make me so happy and the show is absolutely PHENOMENAL! I can’t wait to get my hands on the book. ❤

Jonathan Bailey’s American accent is so awful in “Fellow Travelers” I couldn’t watch anymore. And you can tell he knew it, which made it even more uncomfortable to watch. Next time, hire an American for an American role. Aside from the equally atrocious production quality, the series HAD promise. 😒
