Dear all clear cover in column is 40mm is equal to approx 1.5" but in this by mistake I take .5", so please you take 1.5" offset for clear cover.

Fir uska detail bnate waqt uska detail btana chahiye kaun sa circle 16mm ka h aur kaun sa 12 mm ka.
Isliye ek circle ko donut se fill kiya gaya h
