Sounds good if people would stick to Christ as Head of the marriage and household. Not a man primary role vs woman secondary role. Glad you mentioned that towards the end of the teaching. I believe it remains key to eliminating high divorce rates amongst christian couples. God hates divorce after all especially amongst a professing christian pair. There should be no abuse by either party. Hope the format you use will work in really hearing and addressing on the ground examples where the real life problems lie. Face the reality of the truth no matter how hard, on what's truly ruined marriages AND marriage potentials. It isnt how much head /puffed up knowledge learnt of those "principles" if the Aim to Please God in that critical aspect of life isnt actually there from the heart. Also I imagine It can remain elusive to some folk what is meant by a woman needs to be mindful to "give more respect" to the man, and the man needs to "give more love" to the woman. Love is between the two a choice, a commitment, not just a fleeting feeling nor should it be all about lust or boss like fulfilments.
