How's the market?
I see us being in a balanced market overall again for October in Kings County NS. Here are my predictions for how the market will be over the next few months:
$350,000 - Homes in his price point that are in good condition, area, and marketed well will receive multiple offers making this desirable segment a sellers market.
$350,000 - $500,000 - Still a sellers leaning market but the closer you get to the higher end the less competition we are seeing.
$500,000 - $1,000,000 - As you move away from the low end of this range we start to see things skewing more favourably towards buyers. That said, properties are still selling and the days on market is telling us that even though this segment is moving slower, it is still better than previous years.
