***** Can't he have his own personal opinion? If you told us your favourite song I'm sure 99% of TH-cam would disagree, since it's a subjective question.
For real. I listened to this when it first came out, so when I was 11 or 12. Im 15 now and I just found out this only has 4.9M views, like what? It deserves WAYYYY more.
For someone who listens to rap almost exclusively before 2004 and mostly 80's and 90's, I'm really happy to hear Nicki using this kind of flow. it's fun, not some boring straightforward reading of the lyrics. Well executed. I like this
IwillTrollYou UntilYouKillYourself lmbo he said he didn't even listen to it. ...lol I do that when I'm on Facebook... it'll be a video about cats and I'd be like"damn Coca-Cola starting to be flat... sorry to whomever think iwillTrollyou is annoying but that was funnty hunnty
more like a blurried lines feel i would say . Nice and refreshing song . After hearing Good kisser and now this i'm really impressed by Usher's new work .
The best Usher song of all time to me. It perfectly suits Usher and his voice. I believe that believers of God can give it to God and should not allow negativity to give it to us. There aint no shortcuts doing something right. Its true, whenever we do something right it takes hard work and experience to make everything right. This also works spiritually.
Usher and Nicki Minaj make a great combo! First "Lil Freak" now "She Came to Give It to You." I hope they make more songs together in the future. Maybe a Nicki Minaj feat Usher song?
This song is a breath of fresh air. Usher's vocals slayed the beat like usual. But what really surprised me was Nicki's flow and rhythm to the beat was so on pointe. The beat of the song is so good, I love this song, I am actually looking forward to it being violated by the radio.
Middle school me thought I was so cool listening to this because it referenced an app that was big and trendy at the time, and I didn't even know what she meant 💀
Usher is a legend, he's no has-been he still dropping hits, 68 mil records sold to date, and counting 35 yrs old, and still showin up these younger artist, and when it comes to singing and dancing he is still the King Of RNB with 9 #1 hits, and 18 hot 100 top-ten hits, working on his 8th album, don't ever call him a has been!!
I'm glad Usher and Pharrell are going to be back on the radio together again. It's been awhile. If people don't like this, they don't like good or feel good music. If this doesn't make you wanna dance, you have no soul haha. I appreciate Usher for releasing two songs that bring that old school feel back that other relevant R&B artists aren't doing. THINK ABOUT IT....JT has really been the only one and I guess Robin Thicke, but it's about time a black R&B artist continued the legacy of their influences. This song is going to the top on a lot of charts. But making good music is more important. Accolades come later.
Who remembers "just be good to me" an old school classic??? He's singing this song on that format and I love it!!! He just sped it up!!! This is definitely a club banger, a hit, a jam and a workout song!!!! Come on URSHER!!!!!
really happy that Usher's going back to his roots, golden days of 8701, bringing back the much missed vibe of R&B. Ne-yo as well; they're all coming home.
Rap is with Nicki Minaj. Rhythm and Blues are with Usher. I would have never thought they would both make a great song. Someone please make this a remix.
wow the bass of old blues. ive been looking for more new tracks from usher since first track in may. seems like he is going to really release a good R&B old soul album with new drum beats and old blues combined
For folks wondering, this song samples the song "Give Me The Night" by the lengend George Benson. I read so many comments from folks trying to place the sound. Some of us old farts knew the sample immediately. Still a great song.
Wooo I love the vibe, It feels like a good song for a house party, maybe for a vintage dance club. not for a rave or a modern club altho a good remix will make it amazing for clubs.
Usher, great and amazing voice. Nicki Minaj, as often, she was amazing with her lines. But this comes a accross as a mixture of Blurred Lines and Happy (rhythm wise). I am quite scared if music is taking this direction because after a while it gets little...
Pharrell produced all three of these songs and all of them sound like music that was popular and successful in the 70s and 80s. Pharrell is bringing good music back
Quite frankly I have to say that the music quality was better in the previous decades, lyric wise and vocal artistry. No doubt. But s much as I see where these artists are coming from, I wonder if they could not make something great with today without having to having to stick to something that was already made. Bringing back 70's is not inventive enough. It was already done.
HaitiJuz89 that's true but there's music out there that's pretty inventive, but isn't really reaching the height of success like the music of the last few decades. So artists today are going back in time and adding their own modern twist to see what works
Definitely... Usually the best songs in these days are not mainstream (in my experience). But honestly I did not think that Blurred lines or Happy were that great. Blurred lines was even worse. What made the song in the past great were the content of the lyrics and vocal artistry. The talent was more important than being a hit song. Repeating "happy" 100 times (though with nice harmony) did not showcase Pharrel's voice. Today we are more interested in catchy tunes (unfortunately), and Happy or Blurred lines jump in that bandwagon. So is this one. Heck... I just don't like "new" style.
Usher is a legend that's been in the game 20 years and people in here are sayin Nicki Minaj is better lmfao. They must be kids. This track is nice. It just has an old school feel to it. I'm 29 and the feel of this song is even before my time, but I still appreciate good music...you kids need to learn to do the same. Not everything has to sound like August Alsina or whatever else the hell is poppin right now. It's nice to see usher take it back to the old school.
This song sounds like it was inspired by Michael Jackson, Prince, Marvin Gaye, plus Justin Timberlake and Pharrell didn't create this type of style in music that's like saying Chris brown created R&B, its ridiculous- if your gonna talk about someone trying to steal a sound at least know the history of where it came from
I heard this on the radio and instantly loved it but new the tone of the song sounded so familiar and someone in the comments mentioned S.O.S the band and it's so true!
I can hear Pharrell's touch. I'm sure it's his production. You can never go wrong with Pharrell. Can't wait for an official video. Yay, the good old Usher is back.

Major TBJ vibe here! My baby Usher has taken me back! I've heard of this before. This is one of those records my grandma and mom used to spin back in the day!
This a whole bop that my mind had the audacity to forget about.
I'm living for Nicki's verse! She killed it. It's so old school and just ill. Love it.
as always
OMG it gets better every time you hear it , I never say this but this might be one of the best songs iv ever heard
Really? You need to listen to more music then...even woth preference and opinion i find that ridiculous lol
Brandon, than means you listened till now only shit music.

I'm loving the vibe of this new album.. Real R&B is slowly making a comeback ♥
This is not R&B tho...
Gerson Jeune This IS R&B tho...
Not 100% R&B, is true.. but it's muuuch closer to the real one than what he did on RAYMOND VS RAYMOND and LOOKING 4 MYSELF
Federico Ariel Sánchez there was a lot of R&B on Raymond v Raymond....it was closer to the sound of Confessions than Looking 4 Myself.
Gerson Jeune
this is R&B stupid!!
Why don't they ever place this on the radio? I LOVE it!!!!
Nobody can ever ride a beat like Nicki Minaj 🔥🔥👑👑
Loving this. Has a Happy feel to it. Get it Ush...
more like a blurried lines feel i would say . Nice and refreshing song . After hearing Good kisser and now this i'm really impressed by Usher's new work .
Soufiane Dabachil I agree it does have a blurred lines feel to it
I think that Pharrell is the producer, so that could explain that, haha
Soufiane Dabachil
it's just sooo funky, i'm lovin it!
Gonza Rocha if pharrell produced it, it would have 4 of the same beats at the start but this one only has three so it wouldn't be pharrell.
classy

this song has that Michael Jackson + Justin Timberlake + Robin Ticke feel !
It's just MJ's sound they have, all three of them.
Lol more like MJ, Marvin Gaye, and Earth, Wind and Fire.
Do not ever put Robin Thicke in the same line with Michael or Justin. You really do not know music. Pharrell made Robin.
Leilani6988 robin has been around for a very long time.
And your point is. Been around and just had his first Hit album because of Pharrell. His numbers for this,I want Paula back album is embarrassing!!

Between this, Get Lucky, Treasure, and Blurred Lines, I'm starting to get the feeling that we're in for a major disco revival.
Nicki's part
This needs a 'Caught Up' kinda vibe in the music video if there is one
This song is great and is kinda similar to Blurred Lines! Nicki’s flow reminds me of her mixtape times and she’s spitting bars. Dope record!

This was produced by Pharrell correct? I'm assuming because of the 3 rim hits in the beginning. Pharrell loves to do those 3 hits.
Reminds me of MJ. The song was great very danceable.

I'd say inspired by Motown Philly by boys II men. but it's good when an artist show their eclectic side and not stick to one particular genre
Nesha Thompson chris brown didn't create R&B. He is the defenition of R&B.
Verses sound like dub be good to me
Antonja Spaqi - Well part of the definition. Michael Jackson alongside many other artists fall into R&B.
Antonja Spaqi Haha, Michael Jackson is the definition of real music. Plus Prince, Freddie Mercury, James Brown, Bobby Brown, Selena, etc..60s-2014.
Did he sample JUST BE GOOD TO ME or does it just sound VERY like it in parts?
