Eden the Gardener's mechanics are weird. Only shows up in the day. You have a chance of getting the quest at the start. If you don't get her through that, it seems you get her quest through the quest board. Seems like a single person CAN become a super villager so long as they live long enough to do the quests fast enough to obtain all the buffs. Shield, Speed and Vision Boost, Lowered Cooldown and Extra Bell.

Still think the best way to weaken the jester is to not allow him to kill any who called him innocent at all. it would force the other killers to target those people and if there are multiple, then one person could be safe from both or the target of one/the other.
The problem I see with a change like that is that, unlike normal Town of Salem, there are not many options to kill the jester outside of a vote. To my knowledge, the only ways in Traitors in Salem to kill a jest outside a vote is to kill in retaliation with a vet, kill with a vigi, or kill with a prosecutor. In ToS, town could just safely ignore an outed jest or kill them during the night with a jailor or vigi. The more important take away is the ability to just ignore the jest. You don’t have that option in TiS. If you ignore a jest they can keep killing. If you vote them out they keep killing. Your options are just too limited.
Then you misunderstand what I wrote. I never said to make it like town of salem, I gave an example of how to nerf it without changing its core way to kill. "he cannot touch any who voted him innocent". Those who voted him guilty would be killable by others that claimed guilty (on a cooldown) till only one who claimed guilty and all who claimed innocent are left. It doesn't change much about the mechanic as it is, it only changes who the jester is capable of targeting. (Jester caught at the start of the game would be the best situation as a jester in a 1v3 situation is a nearly impossible victory. but if everyone knows they are the jester then some have to decide if they are willing to take the bait and it becomes a race against time if the other traitors remember who voted innocent and target them) You still have the options of being killed by a retaliation roll so if you know they are the jester, vote them innocent then have them killed through that roll at the cost of outing yourself and possibly being killed before that happens, but its a high risk for a high reward planned situation.
