NOTE: In order to have the same experience, for the love of God, please don’t go crazy bugging them to do all signals for you or they’ll probably have to stop taking requests or tune them down. It’s best to go inside and ask them in person nicely and they’ll take your request. I asked nicely so yeah.
I just hope people won't do the same thing with St. Paul just because I called the fire chief to see if I could go down to hear the 1003 when they normally test the fire signal on the 15th of each month. If people keep ignoring the warnings, they'll never learn their actions have consequences that affect other people because they take a good thing and ruin it for the rest of us.

The guys were nice to me when I went there so I doubt I'll have a hard time trying to film it again in 2024, but I'll do the same thing I did last time which is call the chief first because there are some months where dispatch won't test the fire signal from what I've heard. So yes, although the FD has an AF Timer and they can activate any signal, dispatch primarily sets it off.
this is a very nice reference for me!!! i'm making a program for my ultravoice to imitate the siratone controller!! already got the chime done. just need to get the other signals done. thank you!!! update, I FINISHED IT! once i finally make my programming cable, i wil program it to my Uv and release the .fsc for anyone else with a UV and fspware to program it into theirs!
Nice video. So, it seems anyone can basically walk in there and ask them to sound it off and they will wow! Well until too many people spoil it and they get annoyed lol.
