Please check out the link posted under the video. It is the position statement from the American Journal of Physical Anthropology on the concept of "race". (TH-cam doesn't allow for links to be posted in the comments...but then, you probably already knew that).

I'm actually not big on making references to "race" due to its biological invalidity, but it's exceedingly difficult (read: impossible) to discuss the social construct without making some reference to "race."

That's not what "Racism" or "Racist" means. (search for racismsdhool on tumblr, definitions-explained-better-than-i-ever-could)
Unfortunately, it's not so easy to google (I tried). Wikipedia has the wrong definition, as do most other site. I need some scholarly citations to change it. The thing is, the above definition actually enables harm by justifying malarky like "reverse racism". It also inhibits analysis of the real problems and consequences of racism.
