No Golf will ever look colder than the Clubsport 😭😭😭 not even the R models. Aesthetically,it’s in a league of it’s own😭🔥🥺. So definitely staying with the 7.5 and the edition 40😍
As a proud owner of 3 different GTi's, 2 DSG and 1 manual I can confidently say DSG is the way to go. Also the 7.5 all day long compared to the 8 with its fussy capacitive touch button interior.

You do all realise the mk8 cs is a tcr? only reason it wasn’t called the tcr was vw discontinued tin top racing We had a TCR and trust me it doesn’t come close to our m8 round a track or rolling race

Would’ve really loved some performance numbers on all cars, perhaps using a title on the screen alas, a simple Stage 1 makes all the difference my word 😭
I just can't understand how was loosing so badly EVERY RUN the most lighter and powerful golf there (the white clubsport S). Maybe nowdays ANYONE knows to shift gears properly in a dragrace, OR the dyno where cars are tested before race.. is broken. That red stage 1 golf it passing the clubsport S as would have at least 40bhp over him at same weight.
The white one had a manual 6 speed...the dsg is faster especially with launch control, you just cant beat it when it comes to changing gears... It usses the car's full power to its advantage

I have a golf 8 gti and did 1800 kilos in it and now it is standing at vw for 3 weeks because of radiator that fell of and lost coolant haha

The Clubsport has 265hp and with overboost 290hp for a few seconds. The Clubsport S is the car with 310hp and it is stock in this video

Stage 1 TCR would destroy both of the Clubsports.
You have to see that the clubsport is only ecu detuned engine from golf r. So like for like, they will be about the same going all out with tuning.
