There's a live version where it's the other way around and you hear her parts easier than Ricky's. Also, Kate might be on Bass Guitar for this one, strangely enough.

The live version uses a photo but it doesn't mean they are playing Nip it in the Bud in the picture. Ricky had a technique with the 4 strings where he could play high and low parts and sound like 2 guitars.
This is the slaughtered version on the remix. The original mix on the EP, especially a high quality pressing like from Japan, really emphasizes Cindy's incredible pyrotechnic singing and is one of her showcase pieces.

I thought the album WHAMMY was kind of weak....but their other albums were all excellent
Saw them in Virginia in 2010 and they just played in Connecticut last month. They still have it. Rock on B52s!!!!

I got to see them in concert in Anaheim on 11/5/2022 for their final tour. They did not sing this one but they were sure awesome.
And now they are doing a residency in Vegas Summer 2023. There is no such thing as a "final tour" lol
