I've studied 19:55 for like ten minutes now and I can explain it in great detail. The first scream of cory lasting ~3 seconds, is his usuall scream comprised mostly of fear, suprise and shock.His face now is in a state of anger and shock where he strains his obucilaris oculi ( eye/ eye brow muscles) and his corregater supercilii ( the muscle responsible for contractions of the eye brows ).After that is cory's primal scream of genuine horror, fear and sheer terror as he crashes against the wall and tries to reposition the car and a second smaller burst after that, where he experience a relapse of sheer horror as he still isn't in driving condition and is unmoving. Now his face becomes relax in light of his acceptance of his looming death.

@vliduu zeeb The main reason people were confused is because Cory is very Christian and has said many times he doesn’t like to and just generally doesn’t swear. I personally heard chick when I first watched the video anyway but for people who didn’t the confusion is kind of justified. The only time he’s ever “visibly/audibly” sworn was a video about 11 entire years ago, in which he even went back to edit and censor the words with “fish”. If he DID choose to, it would of course be his choice as he IS a grown man and his own person, and personally I don’t think people should care. But like I said, it WOULD be slightly vexing to see him swear on camera after 11 years of never doing it.

for anyone that didnt get it: basically toko (the one that always sent in stories for the horror thing) murdered Masaki (the dead brother) because she kept giving him stories and one day she sent the demonic poem thingy as a story, so Masaki read it thinking it was just another story, and then he passed away.
I hope this clears up any confusion
