Thanks for the knowledge but apart from ISO training, i need to know more about management safety tour and site visit purpose when it come to the organization.
Thanks for the question. As an ISO system auditor or implementer, Management safety tours and site visits would all fall under clauses 8.1.1 and 8.1.2 which are about operational controls and reducing OH&S risks. A Management safety tour would be something that an organization decides is a control that would mitigate any risks and identify possible hazards. A site visit would serve the same purpose, however may not be conducted by management. A site visit or walkaround may be conducted at the commencement of work or at a regular schedule. These specifics are not detailed in ISO standards as they are controls and controls will differ from one organization to the next. I hope that helps. Regards, Jackie
Our company is just about to embark on 45001. We have other ISO's. I wish there was something like this out there for the new 27001:2022. This series of information is fabulous
