Oh, and Kaito is Kamen Rider Knight/Kamen RiderWing Knight for two reasons:
Firstly, both are associated with dark blue (although Knight's is more specifically a navy blue; the blue on his Survive form's armor, Advent Deck and VizorZwei, however, is noticeably closer to ).
Secondly, Kamen Rider Baron's name is Kaito Kumon while Kamen Rider Wing Knight's name is simply Len (he has no surname; his _Ryuki_ counterpart, Knight, is named Ren Akiyama), so I figured it would be funny if Knight's coincidentally-corresponding Vocaloid was the one with the same name as Baron since the inverse (Baron's corresponding Vocaloid having the same name as Wing Knight) was already true.
Additionally (and this is purely a coincidence), both Riders have a name and motif related to Medieval Europe.
