No, never, Lugia has issues setting up already, adding these would just make it even clumsier than it already is
@@tablemon We're on the same wavelength regarding Lugia. It's fun when you get the perfect starting hand. But the mental gymnastics involved in determining whether or not you push through with only 1 Archeops is far too common a theme and one that seems to have no definitive answer.
