I have mine for about six months now, and I absolutely love it. Just a note that, as of now, the update for firmware 6.28 bricks the controller on PC. There is a simple way to fix it, but I'd recommend not to update it beyond firmware version 6.25. Besides that, I didn't have any issues with the controller, and recommend it to anyone looking for a wired controller

I have it, and it’s a very nice controller. Very comfortable in the hands and the joysticks and triggers feel great along with the buttons on the back of the controller.
See a lot of people complaining about it being wired. I was never picky with this sort of thing. Tbf though i grew up using wired controllers because for a while it was the only option. So im already used to it
I have razer wolverine v2 which I got for $37. It would not have been worth it if it was $100 but for $37, I think it's pretty good. So I'm probably not gonna get a new controller anytime soon.

yeah but their controllers suck as they're the only ones without gyroscope. Nintendo had it for a while if you count the wii and Sony had it since the playstation 4. Much better for aiming like a mouse and not like a sloooow controller

In my opinion I think the PowerA Spectra Infinity is better because what it gives you is Mouse clickers two buttons in the handles leds (that you can program to do) and 1 month of ultimate.

Took care of my controller, still got stick drift after 6 months, if you play casual games then you definitely won’t get stick drift but if you are playing competitively then no it won’t last a year, Also stick drift doesn’t have much to do with taking care of your controller, the more you play the worse your controller becomes because that’s how they’re designed These controllers are meant to break because they want to sell more and more controllers, i absolutely hate both sony and Microsoft for not creating a controller that actually works perfectly and doesn’t break in a couple of months
No not at all. Sensors can go, and the metal that it’s reading the magnetic field from can most likely be damaged or moved from original position over time. I’ve never taken one apart and looked at it, but I work with hall sensors pretty often at work.

I have intimate knowledge of how hall effect sensors work and I have seen them taken apart. Hall effect sensors' lifespan is essentially determined by the lifespan of the springs inside of the stick that recenter the stick.

True, I have the EasySMX X10 for 6 months now, works great I love it & no problems, 0.3% joystick accuracy, 600mhz polling rate for $30! It's like 8BitDo Pro 2 where there is a button to switch modes. I sold 8bitdo because it was fatiguing to use for me as I am a girl with small hands. It was just not ergonomic. I'm looking to buy the new EasySMX M15 soon and setup my old S10+ for emulators

Ive had it fir months its def worth it. The people complaining abt wired bro its not a big deal. You get lower input delay and its long so you can sit as far as youd like. I use wired on wireless controllers cuz id take lower input delay any day over wireless

Lol, it will still wear the pivots mechanically and eventually drift. It won't develop a potentiometor drift, but that's one I experience rarely anyway compared to worn out actual pivots.
Wired isn’t an issue for me it’s the fact that I can’t use my headset adapter with it. I use a headset adapter from turtle beach so I can adjust game and chat audio separately and mute my mic easily. With third party controllers it doesn’t have the port
For people complaining about it being wired, I have a Bluetooth Xbox controller but use a wire for it bc it simply won’t connect to the laptop or pc using Bluetooth 💀

Honestly hall effect doesn't mean it's any more precise on third party controllers. It should be, but unfortunately it is not. first party controllers with pentiometer sticks are still more precise
I bought it and really wasn’t a fan, primarily for fps games, but I never felt like the joysticks were accurate, and ultimately a software update bricked it. So overall I’d still just go with a regular controller

This controller has switches on the back to lock the back buttons so you can't press them accidentally

It's grips are as small and thin as series so if you get tendon pain from official just use some padding or a controller grip to make it thicker
