Hello Vetrivel D. Can you please send me the steps/codes for the below? I have a CSV file Employee.CSV with 2 fields EmpID, EmpName with data. I wanted to read from this CSV file and store into Datatable in Dataset. I have already created Dataset and DataTable in Dataset designer. The data should be read from this CSV file when we click on a button in main form and this datatable should be available in all forms. will display into a grid control and edit or add data and exporting/saving back to same CSV file or a new CSV file. Kindly assist. I have tried many ways.. but dont know how to make this Datatable public to get in all forms. Thanks

A database is a collection of related tables which contains rows & columns of records. A dataset is a set of rows & columns of records which are pulled from one or more tables from a query result-set. So a dataset is a subset of database. Similar to a country (database) that consists of many cities with peoples, where southern cities (dataset) will only includes peoples in the south.
