just my opinion, but i know renderself gives you some advantages, but from a viewers perspective its slightly boring/hard to watch vs seeing everything
Med lvl build will still be the tip top in caves even if/when the new defenseless prayers come out. Pures and zerks melee/max would go up but the med lvls will still have the advantage. If you're bored of zerking I recommend moving up. You can always easily afk another build
