And have seen , worked with and helped every type of depression and issue you could imagine, i saw these things my whole life, in family and strangers, its very very sad but i always saw hope that was my drive to help others. But..stress / work / being a lone parent and care giver. Maybe all of it was enough to make me suffer a huge breakdown and that, then. i really understood what depression and mental health can do to oneself. I still suffer it badly but never give up HOPE. Because we all have the same thing , we're human.😢
