"Dont be depressed" I wish it was that easy. Im a mental health nurse , male BTW. And have seen , worked with and helped every type of depression and issue you could imagine, i saw these things my whole life, in family and strangers, its very very sad but i always saw hope that was my drive to help others. But..stress / work / being a lone parent and care giver. Maybe all of it was enough to make me suffer a huge breakdown and that, then. i really understood what depression and mental health can do to oneself. I still suffer it badly but never give up HOPE. Because we all have the same thing , we're human.😢
I'm sorry for what you're going through, friend, but don't be depressed, everything happens at some point and what you have to do is help yourself to overcome it, have the mentality for everything to happen.

Depression is no joke I'm going through it now and wanted to end it all but whil singing a dax song my heart hurts I was touched by the words so much that I believe at thatoment god showed me what it would be like with out me in itim also battling a heroin addiction it's the worst. I miss my kids and want to show them I'm no quitter I will beat heroin and get back to being the man my babies were born too

I'll be 47 this year...Eminem has mentored me since slim Shady...and he didn't even know....I have mental health disorder...going untreated even though I have State Insurance, living in the capital of my State..and there isn't a doctor insight excepting new patients...
To all suffering depression, anxiety basically mental health for say, DONT EVER GIVE UP, I'm battling it everyday , anxiety is my downer, I'm been low and sat on they rocks at rock bottom, each day I wake and çant be f××cked with life , but I have to push on for my family, just remember we're here for a good time not a long time , so don't give up .

Don't feel bad I deal with addiction I can't run. It fallows me. I'm homeless. I got a letter in the mail telling me my mom, I still can't let go of the past of when my 2 year old son got ran over by a Mack truck. I'm also struggle with being autistic. I've been through much more help. I've never had help let alone a fair chance at life. Don't feel bad it's only made me stronger. Ur pain should as well.

I'm severely depressed, have severe anxiety, PTSD and survivor guilt from losing my husband. He was 49 and it was my birthday. I want paying attention when he was in the ER and they gave him a medication he was allergic to and intubated without putting a chest tube in causing air to surround and suffocate his heart. Had I payed attention he'd still be here next to me. I can't forgive myself for that or accept it. So I dream with wanting to "lose" myself daily
You can't keep blaming yourself, as hard as it might be u gotta stop . There's a million different senerios and even more what if's but the fact is what if doesn't matter anymore cause u can change it . But u can hold your head up , you can wake up each day knowing that he is watching you smiling down on you hoping u have a good day , hoping your no longer sad , no longer blaming yourself. I'm s u re he loved u very much and he wouldn't want u sad , blaming yourself for something that was your fault. Instead spend each day trying to make him proud , trying to make him smile . It will pay off in the end when u see him agn and hear him say how proud he is of u ..

I'm 100% positive he would never want you to suffer with guilt and knows it was not your fault nor was it your responsibility. I recommend you watch Randy Kay on yt and people's experiences in heaven. I don't know you so I'm sorry if this offends you but I felt that his videos may bring you some peace. Many people have said being up above they felt free and didn't want to leave. Some brought back to fulfil a purpose. They have seen loved ones, animals, families, etc from their near death experiences. It's a place they say that words can't describe. I have faith he is waiting for your time and he wants you to be happy for the rest of your days. Hang in there!!
